MerkenPart 1: Welches Angebot passt?
BeispielReading Part 1: Summer courses at the Riverside Youth Centre
Schritt für Schritt
- Reading Part 1: Summer courses at the Riverside Youth Centre
- Im Text: „For young people who can swim but want to get faster.“
- Reading Part 1: Summer courses at the Riverside Youth Centre
- Im Text: „For young people who can swim but want to get faster.“

Kleine Wörter drehen den Sinn: not, only, until, but. Die richtige Antwort sagt meist in anderen Worten, was dort steht.
BeispielReading Part 2: Short texts at school
Schritt für Schritt
- Reading Part 2: Short texts at school
- Im Text: „Please give your child a packed lunch, as the museum café will be closed.“
- Reading Part 2: Short texts at school

AchtungGleiches Wort, anderer Sinn

- Reading Part 3: Our school tried a month without phones
- Im Text: „Some parents were worried because they could not reach their children during

- Reading Part 3: Our school tried a month without phones

Auf einen Blick
MerkenDas Wichtigste
- Part 1: Welches Angebot passt?
- Unterstreiche bei jeder Person ihre Wünsche: Zeit, Geld, Alter, Interesse.
- Part 2: kurze Texte
„For ages 14 and older.“ → gut für Ben (13)
→ Ben ist zu jung.
Ein kleines Wort schränkt die Aussage ein: not, only, until, but, under, older.
AchtungAngabe verwechselt
„Tickets £12, children £7.“ Kind zahlt £12
Kind zahlt £7
